BAM Fact: This is the cover we submitted to Fab back in February when he first approached us to spear head the TiNC2 campaign. He put this cover up vs. the viral cover which you all know via Twitter and we lost by a small margin of votes. Couple of months later x post successful release and were right back at it. Full Circle.
Check out Cash Money recording artist Jay Sean x By Any Means in the studio working on his new single “2012″ featuring Nicki Minaj and produced by: OFM.
Here are the latest installments in “The Funeral Arraignments” viral series conceptualized and spear headed by myself and the By Any Means Marketing team. Los knew he wanted a strip club setting but I was very adamant about not doing the “traditional strip club vid”…we went back and forth on ideas for about two days and finally I pitched the idea of them being nerdy businessmen. The whole thing came to me when actually hearing “Love Come Down”…”Show you how to move in a room full of vultures“. That line sparked most of my creativity for these videos. Every time you go to the strip club its always those older businessmen who are doing the sleaziest stuff to the girls and throwing around the most money. It also gave us an opportunity to incorporate a little comedy into the narrative with out losing the integrity of the video. Tons of great stories making these videos….the By Any Means: Behind-the-scenes coffee table book coming soon!
Here is the latest visual from Desert Storm Reloaded signees 1st String. We shot this and “Goin In Circles” a few months back in there home town of Pittsburgh. This was sort of an impulsive video…we only story boarded “Goin In Cirlces” with the intentions of doing something lifestyle on the spot but really had nothing set in stone. It was when Thi and I were first introduced to the group we knew we had to utilize this energy, and document what was going on in this unsuspecting basement studio in the middle of a Pittsburgh suburb.
Thanks to the fine folks over at VEVO.com we had the opportunity of catching some behind the scenes footage for Canadian band “My Darkest Days” video to there lead single “PornStar Dancing”. Official video directed by Brendan Kyle Cochrane (Fabolous – “Imma Do It”). Fun to say the least….they almost broke the record for most strippers in one video and the Hard Rock Hotel is not a shabby place to shoot a video. The hotels are like small countries, they each have 4 or 5 clubs, pools, etc. so for a video director/producer is the perfect situation…a lot of looks in one location. Ludacris came down and showed love. Had to respect Luda cause he killed a rock record without losing his style…he fit right in and was the upmost professional. Also, Chad Kroeger and Zakk Wylde from Black Label Society stopped by…these rock dudes are partying for real. Rappers could take a lesson or two.
Very proud of this video..wanted to do something a little less glossy and more artistic and organic. The team effort on this was crazy…Thi was taking stills and producing…TaVon cooked up some titles over night that fit like a glove. In short..this video is a culmination of talent and what a team can do with little time. Honestly, I should of put Visualized by: By Any Means. I hope you guys like it as much as we do. This is the first release from 1st Strings upcoming mix-tape “Reservoir Dogs”.
Second release from Desert Storm’s newest act “1st String“. This is from there mix-tape “Reservoir Dogs” which is COMING SOON! Official video for this dropping soon as well…
A great man once said “Never late, never early..always right on time” (or something to that effect) and the same goes for “The Decadence” from Chicago/New York based duo Christian Rich. You might know them from the infamous “Famous Girl” music video (below) which we are proud to say was Executive Produced by the good folks here at By Any Means or from there in-demand sets DJ’ing at some of the hottest night spots around the world or maybe even from there extensive music production resume. Either way you wont be disappointed when listening to this electro/hip-hop fused audio gem and with an abundance of promo and anticipation it couldn’t have come at a better time. Shouts to Modi over @ TheGEEPEE.
